Computer Aided Design and Drafting Services: 

We have in-house personnel with many years of experience in designing and drafting complex industrial structures to simple home remodels.  We can create engineering drawings and detailed fabrication drawings. Our design department can act as an extension of your in-house drafting department.  All drawings can be placed on your standard drawing border so the end product looks identical to your current fabrication drawings.
 

Solid modeling can be utilized to model difficult 3-D parts. The model can be used for FEA meshing and/or can be used to create the necessary details for a fabrication drawing.  We can prepare the following for our Client:

Conceptual Design:  

Conceptual design includes flow sheet development, conceptual general arrangements, equipment sizing, capital and operating cost estimating.  All drawings are generated by AutoCAD. 



Preliminary Engineering:  

Preliminary engineering is used to generate the fundamental basis for a design.  Preliminary engineering generated by EEI is of sufficient detail and scope to be used to solicit turnkey detailed design quotations from engineering companies.



Detailed Process Engineering:  

Detailed process engineering is complete process design including finalized flowsheets, equipment sizing and selection, vessel sizing, mass balances, P&IDs, equipment lists suitable for inclusion in detailed engineering.  



Piping Design:  

Piping design includes flow calculations for slurries, liquids and gasses, pressure drop calculations for drive selection, piping isometrics, pipe routing drawings and pipe specifications suitable for inclusion in detailed engineering. 


Engineering Supervision:  

EEI can be part of the owner’s team to review detailed engineering documents and ensure specifications and criteria are maintained.  During the development phase of a project, owners have busy schedules and EEI can assist with quick turnaround of approval drawings to maintain schedules.  EEI has performed detailed review of drawings prior to owner approval to expedite the design.  
Detailed Engineering:

Detailed engineering is provided by assembling and managing an appropriate team of consultants and small companies to converge on the most economical design.  Detail design covers all aspects required for procurement and construction of a process facility.  



Fabrication:

The company undertakes different kind of fabrication projects and offers extremely viable solutions. The custom fabrication project dealt by our company is provided as per the demand and specification of the clients.  We offer a wide spectrum of complete industrial fabrication solutions in steel, aluminum and stainless steel, with our specialties being heavy steel fabrication of complex structures for the aggregate and oil / gas industries.  Our welding capabilities include mig, tig, plasma arc and heli-arc.  Our engineering services, coupled with fabrication capabilities offer a fast-track service to our customers.  We have numerous contract welders that can prepare shop built structures or travel to your facility for welding and / or mill-wrighting projects.
